Terms of ordering

When you order or book through this website, your contract is with Mizaans of Ashby, who prepares and supplies your food. EasyGrub provides the ordering website and payment processing for Mizaans of Ashby and is not the seller.

Your order

Your order is accepted when Mizaans of Ashby confirms it — we'll email you. If it can't be accepted, you'll be told why and any card payment will be refunded in full.

Times given for collection and delivery are estimates. Prices include VAT where it applies.

Service fee

Where shown at checkout, the service fee is charged for online ordering and card payment. It's refunded if your order is declined or cancelled by the restaurant.

Allergies

If you have any food allergy or intolerances, please contact the takeaway before you place any order. We will try our best to accommodate your requirements. However, please be aware we cook a variety of menu items that contain allergens. Customers with severe allergies and intolerances, please be aware that there may be traces of a range of allergens in our food preparation areas. 01724 853744.

Problems with your order

Please contact Mizaans of Ashby on 01724 853744 or at mizaans@debuglabs.co.uk as soon as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Bookings

Please let us know if you can't make your booking, using the link in your confirmation email. Tables may be released if you're more than 15 minutes late.
